About the Event
Whether you’re a couch potato or an athlete, size and fitness levels do not matter because there are modifications for every yoga pose.
Yoga is a great way to stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind, and relax your spirit.
Claudia* will guide you through this weekly practice of breathing and asanas in her smooth but dynamic way.
Every Tuesday at 10h30 from 27 October onwards.
You should have at least some basic knowledge of yoga to participate
If you are someone who never did yoga before, please contact SHOM Ankara and we will try to arrange a real beginner class.
