INGREDIENTS  

 

     

  • 1 beef on bone (Dana pirzola) 
  • 100 g of all-purpose flour 
  • 1 garlic 
  • 100 g of sour cream (ekşi krema) or Turkish yoghurt 
  • 2 lt Water  
  • 2 beetroots 
  • 2 onions  
  • 3-4 potatoes 
  • 1⁄2 sweet red pepper (kışlık kırmızı biber) 
  • 1⁄2 carrot 
  • 200 g of cabbage 
  • 2 tbs of tomato paste (domates salçası) 
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • Sunflower oil 
  • 1-2 tbs of honey 
  • Salt & black pepper  

TOOLS:

     

  • A thick bottom pot (that is possible to put into the oven, without plastic handles) 
  • Knife 
  • Cutting board 
  • Grater (if you prefer to grate the  carrots) 
  • Frying pan  

Preparation before the class:  

     

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 
  2. Keep the water hot 
  3. Pell all the vegetables
