INGREDIENTS
• 300g salmon filet. (Unskined)
• 220g sushi rice • 2 tbs rice vinegar • 1 tablespoon sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 3 noori sheet
• Wasabi paste
For the sauce
• 3 tbs Soy sauce
• Pinch of Wasabi
• Japanese ginger pickles
For the decoration
• 1 medium size cucumbe
TOOLS:
Bambú mat
plastic wrap
small heavy cooking pan or your rice cooker
1 wooden salad bowl
tweezers, your favorite presentation plate and a small bowl for the sauce.

Aichatou is a French African chef based in Ankara for almost 4 years. It specializes in French, Asian and African cuisine. She also specializes in butchery, with special emphasis on French sausages.
Her journey in the culinary world began in Kenya, where Aichatou founded her cater- ing and event planning business. In Ankara Aichatou was co-founder of A&A Fine Ca- tering business and later worked as the executive chef of Red Rex restaurant in Çayyolu
