INGREDIENTS  

  • 500 gr sardines or anchovies without bones  
  • 250 gr of breadcrumbs  
  • 25 gr of almonds or pine nuts or  walnuts  
  • 25 gr of raisings  
  • 1 orange  
  • salt to taste  
  • Parsley 
  • Wild fennel or fennel seeds 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • 250 ml of white wine vinegar 
  • 3 eggs 
  • red pepper to taste 
  • 1 lt Frying oil  

TOOLS:

  • 1 frying pan x frying  
  • Mixer  
  • 1 baking sheet  
  • Absorbent paper 

Preparation before the class:  

Wash and remove the bones from the fish
