INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr sardines or anchovies without bones
- 250 gr of breadcrumbs
- 25 gr of almonds or pine nuts or walnuts
- 25 gr of raisings
- 1 orange
- salt to taste
- Parsley
- Wild fennel or fennel seeds
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 ml of white wine vinegar
- 3 eggs
- red pepper to taste
- 1 lt Frying oil
TOOLS:
- 1 frying pan x frying
- Mixer
- 1 baking sheet
- Absorbent paper
Preparation before the class:
Wash and remove the bones from the fish
