INGREDIENTS  

  

For the cream puffs 

100 gr water 100 gr flour 2 gr salt 100 gr butter 4 pc Eggs 

For Chantilly cream 

400 gr milk 100 gr cream 6 pc egg yolk 100 gr sugar 45 gr corn starch 350 gr semi-whipped cream 

For the icing 

275 cream 200 gr syrup (100 water + 135 sugar) 20 gr honey 220 gr dark chocolate 20 gr cocoa 

TOOLS:   

  • Saucepan  
  • bowl and wooden spoon  2 pots  
  • 1 silicone spatula  
  • 1 kitchen whisk  
  • 2 bowls for whipping  
  • İce  
  • Saucepan  
  • İmmersion blender
  • Planetary (optional)
