INGREDIENTS
For the aubergine bed
- 2 big aubergines
- 1 spoon flour
- 1.5 glass milk
- 2 spoon butter
- 2 garlic
- 1 teaspoon grounded pepper
For the lamb
- 700 gr chopped lamb
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion
For the side
- 500 gr condensed yogurt
- Olive oil
- Garlic
TOOLS:
- 2 Pans
- 1 pot
- Cutting board
- knives
Preparation before the class:
Roast your eggplants with the method you know (it is delicious in the embers with its true taste)
